Frequently Asked Questions

1. I can't log in or create an account.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Double-check your email and password.
  • If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
2. I'm not receiving prayer notifications.
  • Ensure you have allowed notification permissions in your device settings.
  • Check that your device's "Do Not Disturb" mode is off.
  • Make sure notifications are enabled in the app's settings.
3. How do I subscribe or manage my subscription?
  • Go to the app's Settings page and tap on "Subscription."
  • Follow the prompts to subscribe, restore, or manage your subscription through the App Store.
4. The app is not showing the correct prayer times.
  • Make sure you have allowed location access.
  • You can manually set your location in the app's settings if needed.
  • Check that your selected madhab is correct for your calculation preferences.
5. How do I add or delete a Dua on the Dua Board?
  • Tap the "+" button on the Dua Board screen to add a new dua.
  • To delete your own dua, tap the delete icon next to your post.
6. How do I report inappropriate content on the Dua Board?
  • Long-press on a dua and select "Report Inappropriate Content."
  • If a dua receives 3 reports, it will be removed.
7. Where can I learn more about the app or the creator?
  • Visit the Settings screen and tap "About The Creator" for more information.
